The internal quality assurance system

The internal quality assurance system

International Educational Corporation represents a set of interrelated organizational, methodological, and managerial processes aimed at ensuring and continuously improving the quality of educational activities in accordance with national and international standards.
The system is oriented toward the continuous improvement of educational programs, enhancement of academic reputation, and increasing the satisfaction of all stakeholders, including students, faculty, employers, and partners.
Particular attention is given to the quality of implementation of educational programs at all levels of study, as well as to the development of an academic environment based on the principles of transparency, objectivity, and academic integrity.

Organizational Structure of Quality Assurance

A key element of the system is the Academic Quality Council — a permanent collegial advisory body whose activities are aimed at developing and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning, as well as promoting the values of academic openness, transparency, and competitiveness.
Academic Quality Committees operate within the schools as collegial bodies ensuring:

  • control and improvement of the quality of educational programs;
  • enhancement of the organization of the educational process;
  • objectivity in the assessment of learning outcomes;
  • adherence to the principles of academic integrity.

Quality Assurance Mechanisms

The University has implemented the following tools:

  • regular monitoring and evaluation of educational programs;
  • surveys of students and faculty;
  • analysis of academic results and educational achievements;
  • professional development of academic staff;
  • involvement of employers and the professional community, including Industrial Committees by fields operating within the schools, in the development and review of educational programs.

External Quality Assessment

The IEC actively utilizes external quality evaluation mechanisms, including participation in institutional and specialized accreditation, as well as in national and international rankings of educational programs.

Stakeholder Engagement

The quality assurance system is implemented with the active participation of the academic community (students, faculty, administrative staff), as well as graduates, employers, and corporate partners, ensuring its openness, relevance, and practical orientation.
