On April 18, 2026, as part of an official visit to the International Education Corporation (KazGASA), Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Major General Askar D. Mustabekov visited the university’s military department.

During the visit, he familiarized himself with the department’s educational and material base, the organization of the учебного процесса, and the conditions for student training. Particular attention was paid to the quality of education, the availability of modern equipment, and the compliance of the training process with military education standards.

Following the visit, the activities of the military department received a positive assessment. Priority areas for further improvement of the educational and training process, as well as strengthening the material and technical base, were also identified.

At the end of the visit, prospects for the development of the department were discussed, including the introduction of innovative approaches into the educational process and improving the effectiveness of training reserve officers and sergeants.
