Inclusive education
Inclusive Support Center at the International Educational Corporation ensures access to education and development in a barrier-free environment for persons with disabilities (hereinafter – PwD).
Inclusive education is a form of learning in which every individual, regardless of physical, social, linguistic, intellectual, and other characteristics, is given the opportunity to study at IEC.
Supporting students in addressing everyday, adaptive, and social issues.
Creating a comfortable learning environment and fostering students’ personal potential.
Implementing an inclusive environment and ensuring equal opportunities for all students.
Our educational materials and online resources, such as IPR SMART and EBSCO (https://www.iprbookshop.ru/), are adapted for visually impaired students. We use technologies such as screen readers and specialized fonts to improve text readability.
Classrooms are equipped with interactive panels and projectors that support image magnification and enhanced contrast, enabling visually impaired students to better perceive visual information.
We provide training for students on the use of accessibility technologies and offer consultations with specialists (Memorandum signed on 03.01.2025 with the Library for the Visually and Hearing Impaired).
Dedicated academic support is provided for students with learning disabilities.
Built-in accessibility systems are available in all digital databases purchased for students.

Our university strives to create an inclusive educational environment, and one of the key aspects of this effort is the implementation of built-in computer accessibility systems.
To successfully implement inclusive education, the Inclusive Support Center closely collaborates with the University’s departments and structural units:
The Academic Affairs Department prepares class schedules and allocates facilities, taking into account the needs of PwD
The Operations Service ensures accessibility of university buildings and student dormitories. Quarterly monitoring of physical accessibility is performed, and updates are made to the Accessibility Map.
The Information Technology Department ensures accessibility of the University’s digital services (website, iPortal, etc.) for PwD.
The Social Development Department supports the adaptation of PwD to the educational environment and their active participation in educational activities (Main Academic Building, office 222).
To support students with academic, personal, and emotional matters, the academy operates a psychological support office.
