Deposit Policy
A 20,000 KZT refundable deposit is required upon check-in.
This is a guarantee amount that will be refunded at the end of the academic year or upon check-out, provided there are no damages and the property is intact.
If any damage, furniture breakage, or property loss is detected, the deposit will be withheld to cover the costs.
A written request is required to return the deposit.
The university operates an automated accommodation allocation system. Each applicant is registered in the university’s electronic database, indicating their need for housing and attaching the required supporting documents. Senior-year students submit their applications via the university's electronic portal. The system assigns points based on various criteria and automatically ranks applicants accordingly.
Priority Categories for Student Accommodation Allocation
In accordance with Order No. 219 of the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated December 30, 2022, and registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on January 4, 2023, under No. 31540, the following categories of students are given priority for accommodation:
In cases where students have equal scores in the UNT, CT, or entrance exams, the financial situation of the student is taken into account in accordance with the Rules for the Formation, Allocation, and Accounting of Funds for Financial and Material Assistance to Students and Pupils of State Educational Institutions.
These rules apply to students from families eligible for state-targeted social assistance, as well as those from families not receiving state-targeted social assistance but whose per capita income is below the subsistence minimum. Additionally, preference is given to orphans, children deprived of parental care living in families, children from families requiring urgent assistance due to emergencies, and other categories of students and pupils as defined by Government Resolution No. 64 of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated January 25, 2008.
Eviction from the Student Dormitory is carried out in the following cases:
Eviction is executed based on the decision of the Expert Commission.

Move-in will start after August 25.
