On October 13, third-year students enrolled in the Industrial and Civil Construction Technology program at the International Educational Corporation (KazGASA) School of Construction visited the construction site of a cheese production plant at the invitation of Imstalkon JSC. The educational visit was aimed at strengthening the connection between theoretical training and practical experience, broadening students’ professional perspectives, and developing the practical skills required for their future careers in the construction industry.
During the visit, students learned about the main stages of construction, steel structure installation technologies, the organization of operations on the construction site, and the application of modern engineering solutions. Observing construction work at an industrial facility firsthand enabled future specialists to gain a deeper understanding of how engineering designs and construction technologies are implemented in practice, as well as the importance of effective construction management.
Such practice-oriented activities are an essential part of the educational process, contributing to the development of professional competencies, engineering thinking, and students’ readiness to address practical challenges in the modern construction industry. KazGASA places particular emphasis on strengthening cooperation between education and industry and expresses its sincere gratitude to Imstalkon JSC for its collaboration, support for educational initiatives, and contribution to the professional training of future construction engineers.
