On April 29, 2026, the International Educational Corporation hosted the district-level job fair Bostandyk Career Fair by KazGASA & KAU, organized with the support of the Bostandyk District Akimat of Almaty.

The event brought together more than 100 employers, including construction and architectural companies, as well as organizations from the financial sector, IT industry, and service sector. Participants were offered актуальные job vacancies and internship opportunities aimed at students, graduates, and city residents.

Throughout the day, attendees took part in express interviews, directly engaged with company representatives, submitted their resumes, and received employment offers. To enhance convenience, special “career fair passports” were introduced, enabling participants to navigate the venue efficiently and structure their job search process.

The event also featured gamification elements. Participants joined an interactive quiz focused on employment and internship topics, as well as prize draws in the format of a “Wheel of Fortune.” In total, more than 300 prizes were distributed, including retail vouchers and digital devices provided by partners.

The job fair became an effective platform for direct interaction between employers and job seekers, contributing to increased youth employment and the development of regional human capital.

Representatives of the Bostandyk District Akimat emphasized the importance of such initiatives in supporting employment and fostering a competitive workforce.

The organizers plan to further develop the project by expanding participation and strengthening the status of Bostandyk Career Fair as one of the key career platforms in Almaty.
