On April 3, 2026, a lecture for students was held at the International Educational Corporation (IEC) with the participation of specialists from the Almaty City Mental Health Center.

Invited experts spoke at the event: Sergey Sklyar – Director of the Sergey Sklyar Center, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Doctor of the highest category, psychiatrist and psychotherapist; psychologists of the Almaty Mental Health Center – Adema Batyrkhanova and Raisa Asan.

During the lecture, key topics such as mental health, stress management, emotional well-being, and psychological resilience in academic and daily life were discussed. The speakers shared practical recommendations on maintaining mental well-being and answered students’ questions.

Such events contribute to raising awareness among young people about the importance of mental health and fostering a culture of self-care and emotional well-being.
