On March 5, 2026, the International Educational Corporation (KazGASA) hosted a guest lecture for students with the participation of Yerzhan Kalimuldiyev, co-owner of the TEPLOSTIL company.

The topic of the meeting was “From a workshop to a factory in 5 years.” During the lecture, the speaker shared practical experience in developing a manufacturing business, discussed the key stages of scaling a company, and highlighted strategic decisions that helped bring production to a new level in a short period of time.

Particular attention was given to issues of systematic business growth, building efficient production processes, and implementing modern management approaches. Yerzhan Kalimuldiyev also spoke about the challenges faced by entrepreneurs in the industrial sector and the development opportunities within Kazakhstan’s construction and manufacturing industries.

During the open dialogue session, students had the opportunity to ask questions, discuss business development prospects, and learn about practical experiences in implementing production projects.
