On January 30, 2026, the International Education Corporation (KazGASA) was visited by a delegation from Dekart International and TİS Earthquake Technologies (Türkiye). The delegation included Uğurcan Ozcamur, General Manager of TİS Earthquake Technologies; Göksu Dulkadiroglu, Business Development Manager of TİS Earthquake Technologies; Ali Dora Yılmaz, General Manager of Dekart International; Bairam Mamedov, Commercial Director of Dekart International; and Zelimkhan Askarov, Sales Manager of Dekart International.

As part of the visit, a presentation was held covering the activities of TİS Earthquake Technologies, the fundamentals and principles of seismic isolation, as well as practical examples of the application of these technologies in Türkiye and other countries. Special attention was given to the analysis of lessons learned from the earthquakes of February 6 in 2023 and to the discussion of possible areas and formats of cooperation with the IEC (KazGASA).

The presentation and the main discussions took place at the IEC (KazGASA). As a continuation of the visit, the delegation visited KazNIISA, where negotiations were continued with a focus on practical aspects of cooperation and prospects for joint work.
