On January 9, Associate Professor of the International Educational Corporation (KazGASA), Head of the Department of Building and Structure Design, Associate Professor Sayat Yerzhanuly Nietbay delivered a lecture as a speaker at an international online session titled Smart Construction Technology, organized within the framework of the China–Nigeria Infrastructure Sector Education–Industry Integration Consortium.
The event brought together representatives of higher education institutions and technical and vocational education and training institutions (HEI & TVET) from Nigeria and aimed to strengthen cooperation between education and industry in the infrastructure sector. Deans and faculty members from engineering and ICT disciplines took part in the lecture.
During the presentation, the Associate Professor of IEC (KazGASA) highlighted key aspects of implementing smart construction technologies, addressed the integration of information and communication technologies into modern construction practices, and shared expert insights into global infrastructure development trends.
The participation of the Associate Professor of IEC (KazGASA) in this international educational initiative contributed to the development of academic cooperation within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and reaffirmed the corporation’s active role in international educational and scientific projects.
