On December 19, 2025, the International Educational Corporation (KazGASA) hosted a delegation of educational organizations from the People’s Republic of China.

The delegation included Wu Gofei, Rector of the Xi’an Lixun Technical College; Huang Tao, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Belt and Road Education Group; Xing Duanyang, Head of the International Relations Department of the Xi’an Lixun Technical College; Liu Zongjiang, General Director of the Belt and Road Education Group; as well as Zhuldyz, Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Belt and Road Education Group.

The purpose of the visit was to familiarize the delegation with the infrastructure of the International Educational Corporation (KazGASA) and to discuss prospects for cooperation in the field of education and workforce training. As part of the visit program, the guests were given a guided tour of the university and its laboratory facilities, followed by a working meeting.

During the negotiations, the parties reviewed potential areas of cooperation, placing special emphasis on the training of qualified specialists for Chinese companies operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan. In addition, prospects for cooperation in the electric vehicle industry and unmanned aerial systems were discussed, as these sectors represent strategic interest for the Chinese partners. The parties expressed their mutual interest in further deepening cooperation in these areas.
