On October 21-22, 2025, Rector of the International Educational Corporation (IEC), Bakhtiyar Sabdenaliyev, held a series of meetings with the leadership of Zhongyuan University of Technology (ZUT) and Shanghai Urban Construction College (SUCC) during his official visit to China.

The year 2025 has become an important stage in the development of ZUT, which is moving toward the establishment of Henan University of Electronic Science and Technology and actively promoting the integration of artificial intelligence, industry, and science. During the discussions, the parties explored prospects for implementing joint international projects and academic exchanges in the field of digital technologies and innovations.

During the visit to SUCC, the parties agreed to develop academic mobility programs, joint research initiatives, and strengthen academic cooperation in such areas as architecture, construction, digital design, and artificial intelligence.

The visit marked a significant step toward expanding IEC’s international partnerships and strengthening the corporation’s position in the global educational arena.
