On December 10, 2025, students of the International Educational Corporation (KazGASA) spent a productive and engaging day at BI Group, one of the largest construction companies in Kazakhstan. This opportunity was granted to students who demonstrated strong initiative and engagement during the KazGASA Career EXPO 2025 job fair.

During the visit, participants toured the BI Group Almaty office, learned about the operations of the company’s key departments, and met with members of the management team. Particular interest was sparked by personal meetings with top managers, a full-scale interview with the HR Director, as well as individual reviews of each participant’s resume and portfolio.

As a result of the meeting, one graduating student received an internship offer at BI Group’s Almaty branch. Two other participants were granted opportunities to complete their industrial internships in relevant company departments in line with their academic programs.

An additional bonus for the participants was professional resume preparation provided by Asian Fusion Project. The project’s experts will help students develop personalized resumes tailored to the requirements of the international job market and foreign employers, representing an important step in strengthening their career potential.
