On December 5-6, 2025, Almaty hosted one of the largest youth festivals in the fields of IT, innovation, and creative technologies – IT Fest 2025. The event was organized by the Alliance of Universities of Kazakhstan with the support of the NNEF Public Foundation and was held as part of the national program AI-Sana.

The festival brought together thousands of talented schoolchildren and students, becoming a platform for the development of digital skills, creative and entrepreneurial thinking, project culture, and the popularization of artificial intelligence among youth.

We are proud to announce that students of the School of Design of the International Educational Corporation (KazGASA) won in one of the festival’s key creative categories. The team consisting of Alina Kurmankulova, Elina Lee, Ildana Markitanova, and Daria Ibraim (GD 22-11) took 1st place in the Design & Animation category (webtoon, animation, graphic design), demonstrating a high level of preparation, originality of ideas, and a professional approach to project implementation.
