On November 26, 2025, the International Educational Corporation (KazGASA) hosted Career EXPO KazGASA – a major career platform that brought together students, graduates, and more than 45 companies from the fields of architecture, construction, engineering, and design. The event was part of the celebration of the 45th anniversary of KazGASA.

The EXPO demonstrated strong employer interest in young professionals and reaffirmed KazGASA’s status as one of the leading educational hubs for training specialists in architecture, design, and construction. Participants were able to learn about company activities, receive consultations, ask questions, and enhance their professional communication skills.

Partner companies – including BI Group, Kusto Group, Alina Group, Sika, Imstalcon, Colliers Kazakhstan and others – received letters of appreciation for their contribution to expanding career opportunities for students.

As part of the EXPO, a professional assessment game was held in which employers evaluated students based on their portfolios, resumes, communication skills, and level of professional preparation. Winners received prizes such as a tour of the BI Group office, KazGASA-branded merchandise, and a professionally prepared international-style resume.

Additionally, Career EXPO KazGASA included a series of industry guest lectures.

November 18 – Zhаndos Agimbekov, Development Director of SP NEFT, delivered a lecture on “Creating a New-Generation Construction Company: People, Processes, Projects.”

November 20 – Rasul Mustafin, CEO of BI Development Almaty, presented “Harvard Business School Insights.”

November 24 – Bagdatuly Mukhamed, representative of HeadHunter Kazakhstan, held a lecture on “How to Create an Effective Resume.”

November 25 – Murat Utemisov, CEO of Kusto Home and Board Member of Kusto Group, spoke about international development projects and current trends in the real estate market.

Career EXPO KazGASA highlighted the importance of cooperation between the university and employers and served as an effective platform for the professional growth of students.
