On November 28, 2025, a lecture was held by the Chief Project Architect of Atrix-Stroy LLP, a laureate of creative competitions and a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture of AASI–KazGASA, Saqabai Nurbayuly, on the topic “Problems of the Formation of an Architect in Modern Conditions: Creative Concepts and General Training.”

The lecture was organized within the framework of the discipline “Architectural and Urban Planning Typology” to stimulate the creative and methodological activities of the Urban Planning section of the Department of Urban Planning and Fundamentals of Design of the School of Architecture of MOK.

The lecture generated great interest and lively discussion among students. Using examples of projects from different typological groups and periods, important aspects of an architect’s professional development were demonstrated, which have significant educational value for future specialists. The event is dedicated to the 45th anniversary of the university and contributes to the development of continuity between different generations of the Alma Mater.
