The Military Department of the International Education Corporation announces the start of application intake for competitive selection to the Reserve Officer and Reserve Sergeant training programs.

Students of KazGASA, KAU, AHEU, Caspian University, Turan University, MTGU, KBTU, DFUK, ETU, and ATU are invited to apply.

Training is conducted once a week in the format of a designated military day.

Classes at the Military Department begin on February 1 of the year following admission.

Duration of Training:

• Reserve Officers — at least 2 years and 5 months.
• Reserve Sergeants — at least 1 year and 5 months.

Application requirements for the Reserve Officer program:

• 1st year students — in 3-year programs;
• 1st–2nd year students — in 4-year programs;
• 1st–3rd year students — in 5- and 6-year programs.

Application requirements for the Reserve Sergeant program:

• 1st–2nd year students — in 3-year programs;
• 1st–3rd year students — in 4-year programs;
• 1st–4th year students — in 5- and 6-year programs.

The Military Department provides new opportunities to obtain an additional professional qualification.

Students who complete the full course of military training are awarded the military rank of “Reserve Lieutenant” or “Reserve Sergeant.”
